These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Columbavital GmbH [Street, House Number] [Postal Code, City] Managing Director: [Name of Managing Director] hereinafter referred to as "Provider".
(1) The product descriptions in the online shop serve as an invitation to submit a purchase offer. By clicking the [Buy / Order with obligation to pay] button, you submit a binding purchase offer. (2) The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
(1) The prices quoted at the time of ordering apply. All prices include statutory VAT (currently 7% or 19% depending on the product category) and exclude any applicable shipping costs. (2) Shipping costs are a flat rate of EUR 7.50 within Germany, unless otherwise stated. (3) For deliveries to other EU countries, special regulations may apply within the framework of intra-Community acquisitions (B2B), provided a valid VAT identification number is available.
(1) Delivery is available within Germany and to other EU countries. (2) Special note regarding weight: Goods weighing over 25 kg (e.g., bagged feed) are not shipped but are available for collection at the point of sale (POS). (3) Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is approximately 3–5 working days.

The goods remain the property of Columbavital GmbH until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please refer to our separate cancellation policy for details. (Note: For animal feed, the right of withdrawal may expire for sealed goods if the seal has been broken after delivery (hygiene/health protection).)
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply. (2) The products offered are natural products or specialized feed supplements. Deviations in color or texture from product images are natural and do not constitute a defect. (3) The supplier is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the supplier is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
(1) The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). (2) If the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be the supplier's place of business.
